Brad’s leadership journey began at the age of 19 when he served to carry the fire of a leadership movement of young people across the United States and Brazil. Since 2009 he has spoken to over 225 different audiences and thousands of individuals on the subject of worldview paradigms, personal transformation, leadership and the process of cultivating movemental leadership development within organizations.
He is the Co-founder and Principal of Pattern Talent and the Co-founder and Co-host of The Daily Leader. Since 2016, Brad has been a Certified Executive Coach with Five Capitals. Five Capitals is a boutique coaching certification agency with coaches and clients across the globe.
As a certified Executive Coach, Brad has coached clients serving in the US Army, Chick-fil-A, Inc & Restaurants, Impact 360 Institute, Techvestor, BoomTown and Inside Real Estate, Barron Heating, West Chester Permit, Dixon Hall, Restoration Atlanta, Wheaton College and more.
Brad’s previous career experience includes serving with Impact 360 Institute–founded by the owners of Chick-fil-A, Inc–an insurgent higher education innovator focused on cultivating personal transformation and leadership development. Brad served in multiple high-volume Chick-fil-A Restaurants where he learned first-hand to execute operational excellence, integrate employee and customer experience, and to inspire remarkable results through warm-hearted acts of care and generosity.
