Connecting you and your team
The digital delivery option of our ELJ Operating System™ is through a state-of-the-art learning experience platform used by many globally recognized organizations. As you begin your Every Leader’s Journey (ELJ) online experience, below are a few onboarding items related to how you can use the system.
Access Options
All ELJ content can be accessed and used by your team in a couple of ways. Depending on your organizational structure, size, or overall training strategy, you may decide to leverage one or both options:
Option 1
Access ELJ Online
Use our online platform to access content, generate reports, and assign new leadership content. Everything is taken care of by us.
Option 2
Integrate ELJ into
Your Environment
Unlike most content providers, you can use our content inside your own learning management system (LMS). We can provide the content in industry standard SCORM course files and associated PDF reference guides.
User Access for ELJ Online
You and your team will have individual credentials to access Every Leader’s Journey Online. We will work with you to determine if there are any specific requirements needed for you, your training director, and team members. The system can be provisioned for the various roles you would like to assign and allow for different capabilities such as:
- Content access
- Content assignment
- Feedback & communication
- Tracking & reporting
