He has been coaching Chick-fil-A Operators, Directors, and Support Center staff since 2017 and formally worked with WinShape Foundation as an Executive Coach.
As an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Advisor, he has worked with senior leaders and teams in a variety of industries and organizations domestically and internationally. He partners with organizations to design and deliver leadership development processes and systems.
Charles is especially skilled at accelerating executive leaders who are High Potentials, Leaders in New Role, and Leaders Developing New Leaders. Clients regularly say they gained clarity and confidence as they have experienced intentional development conversations with Charles.
He has a BA in Human Resource Management from Samford University and MDiv in Leadership from Beeson Divinity School. Charles is married to Jill since 1989 and has six grown boys.
