With second mile service in mind, our ELJ Guides will facilitate a transformative coaching experience for you and your team, and equip your leaders with coaching skills that can be replicated. Leaders will receive the principles and skills to effectively coach others on their journey.
Coaching Options
Individual Coaching – 12-session package over 6 months is a minimum commitment. Includes access to your choice of the one of the following assessments: MBTI, DISC, or Clifton Strengths. Individual coaching is designed to focus on personal leadership and career development.
Team Coaching – 6 sessions designed for intact teams of 3 – 8 persons per group. A typical coaching package centers around one program (ie. Lead-Self) for 90-days. Sessions are scheduled on an every two-week format. Includes individual and team reports for your choice from one of the following assessments. MBTI, DISC, Clifton Strengths, Enneagram and Working Genius.
Executive Coaching – 12-session package over 6 months. Includes access to Lead Organizations Program and your choice of Birkman Signature Report or EQi 2.0 Leadership Report. Executive coaching is designed for senior leaders and owners responsible for setting strategy, achieving goals, and overall organizational performance.
ELJ Mastermind Groups – These groups are open-enrollment from 6 – 8 persons from multiple organizations. They are based on similar roles or affinity and pricing is group specific. These groups are constantly forming around various roles and topics and require a one-year commitment.
