What’s your picture of leadership?

Years ago, the leadership development team at Chick-fil-A, Inc. wrestled with that question. As a team, we uncovered the secret of great leaders. What we rediscovered was a proven, centuries old, approach to leadership that is as countercultural today as it was 2,000 plus years ago: great leaders serve. These findings provided the central idea on which Ken Blanchard and Mark Miller based their book, The Secret. 

Our picture of leadership is an iceberg. The 10% above the waterline represents what leaders do and is the subject of The Lead Others Journey. The 90% below represents leadership character explored in The Lead Self Journey.

Great leaders serve, however, their service is not random; we believe there are five strategic ways all great leaders serve.

This program will introduce you to the five ways all great leaders serve, and explore how to apply these timeless truths in your daily leadership.
