Our Founders
Dr. Mark and Joy Conklin co-founded Wise Counsel Inc and Every Leader’s Journey in 2018 after Mark launched out of a 22-year corporate career at Chick-fil-A, Inc. and Joy left private counseling practice. Their unique blend of skills as highly trusted advisors has attracted those seeking to intentionally grow themselves, their people, and their organizations.
